abstract | These compounds are useful in neurodegenerative diseases, psychiatric diseases, inflammatory and autoimmune diseases such as osteoarthritis, allergies, asthma and osteoporosis. Claim 1: Compounds that respond to formula (1) in which X represents a heterocyclic group optionally substituted with one or more groups independently selected from each other from the following atoms or groups: halogen, C1-6 alkoxy, C1 alkyl -6, NRaRb, cyano, oxide, COOR8, the alkyl and alkoxy groups being optionally substituted with one or more halogen atoms; R1 represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C1-6 alkoxy group, C2-6 alkyl, amino or NRaRb; the alkyl and alkoxy groups may be optionally substituted with one or more halogen atoms, a hydroxy, amino or C1-6 alkoxy group; R2 represents a heterocyclic group, this group being optionally substituted with one or more groups independently selected from each other among the following atoms or groups: hydroxy, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, halogen, cyano, NRaRb, -CO- R5, -CO-NR6R7, -CO-O-R8, -NR9-CO-R10, the C1-6 alkyl and C1-6 alkoxy groups being optionally substituted with one or more halogen atoms or hydroxy groups, NRaRb, oxide; R3 represents a hydrogen atom, a C1-6 alkyl group, C1-6 alkoxy or a halogen atom; R4 represents a hydrogen atom, a C1-4 alkyl group, C1-4 alkoxy or a fluorine atom; R5 represents a hydrogen atom, a phenyl group or a C1-6 alkyl group; R4 and R7, identical or different, represent a hydrogen atom or a C1-6 alkyl group or form with the nitrogen atom which takes a cycle of 4 to 7 links optionally including another heteroatom selected from N, O or S; R8 represents a C1-6 alkyl group; R9 and R10, identical or different, represent a hydrogen atom or a C1-6 alkyl group; Ra and Rb independently represent each other, a hydrogen atom, a C1-6 alkyl group or form with the nitrogen atom to which a cycle of 4 to 7 links are attached, which optionally includes another heteroatom chosen from N, O or S; in the form of base or salt of acid addition. |
