The following synthesis intermediates: 2 - {[tert-butyl (dimethyl) silyl] oxy} acetamide; [tert-butyl (dimethyl) silyl] oxy} acetonitrile; (1Z) -2 - {[tert-butyl (dimethyl) silyl] oxy} -N'-hydroxyetanimidamide; and (1Z) -2 - {[tert-butyl (dimethyl) silyl] oxy} -N '- {[(3-methylphenyl) carbonyl] oxy} ethanimidamide. Claim 1: A compound of the formula (1) wherein: X is a remainder of the group of formulas (2); R¹ is methyl halogen or cyano; R² is hydrogen or fluoro; R³ is C₁₋₃ alkyl or cyclopropyl; R⁴ is C₁₋₃ alkyl or cyclopropyl; R⁵ is hydrogen, C₁₋₃ alkyl or cyclopropyl; Z is a remainder of the group of formulas (3) where R⁶ is hydrogen, fluoro, C₁₋₃ alkyl or C₁₋₃ alkoxy; R⁷ is hydrogen, fluoro, C₁₋₃ alkyl or C₁₋₃ alkoxy; as well as pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates, isoforms, tautomers and / or enantiomers thereof. |
