abstract Claim 1: A compound of the formula (1) wherein A is a 5-membered heterocyclic ring containing one to three heteroatoms, each independently selected from oxygen, nitrogen and sulfur, wherein the heterocyclic ring is substituted with the R5 groups , R6 and R7; R5, R6 and R7 are each independently hydrogen, halogen, cyano, nitro, C1-4 alkyl, C1-4 haloalkyl, C1-4 halogenoalkoxy, C1-4 alkoxy-C1-4 alkyl or C1-4 halogenoalkoxy -C1-4 alkyl, with the proviso that at least one of R5, R6 and R7 is not hydrogen; R1, R2, R3 and R4 are, independently of one another, hydrogen, halogen, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 haloalkyl, C3-6 cycloalkyl, C2-6 alkenyl, C2-6 haloalkenyl, C2-6 alkynyl, C2 haloalkynyl -6, C1-6 alkoxy, C1-6 halogenoalkoxy, C1-6 alkylthio or C1-6 halogenoalkylthio; or R1 and R2 together are a C2-5 alkylene group, which is unsubstituted or substituted by one or more C1-6 alkyl groups; or R1 and R3 together are a C1-5 alkylene group, which is not substituted or substituted with one or more C1-6 alkyl groups; or R3 and R4 together are a C2-5 alkylene group, which is unsubstituted or substituted with one or more C1-6 alkyl groups; R15 is hydrogen or C3-7 cycloalkyl; B is phenyl, naphthyl or a 5- to 10-membered heteroaromatic ring system that contains one to three heteroatoms, each independently selected from oxygen, nitrogen and sulfur, where phenyl, naphthyl or 5 to 10-membered heteroaromatic ring system is substituted with one or more R8 substituents; each R8 substituent independently represents each other halogen, C1-6 alkoxy, -C (O) H, C1-6 alkylcarbonyl, amino, C1-6 alkylamino, C1-6 dialkylamino, C1-6 alkylcarbonylamino, C1-6 haloalkoxy, haloalkylthio C1-6, cyano, nitro, -C (Ra) = N (ORb), -N = C (Re) N (Rf) 2, C1-6 alkyl, which is unsubstituted or substituted with one or more R9 substituents , C2-6 alkenyl, which is unsubstituted or substituted by one or more R9 substituents, C2-6 alkynyl, which is unsubstituted or substituted by one or more R9 substituents, C2-6 alkenyloxy, which is unsubstituted or is substituted with one or more R9 substituents, C3-6 cycloalkyl, which is unsubstituted or substituted with one or more R9 substituents, C6-14 bicycloalkyl, which is not substituted or is substituted with one or more R9 substituents, phenyl, which is not is substituted or substituted with one or more R9 substituents, or phenyloxy, which is not substituted or is substituted with one or more R substituents 9; each R9 is independently from each other halogen, nitro, C3-6 cycloalkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, C1-6 halogenoalkoxy, C1-6 alkylthio, C1-6 halogenoalkylthio, C3-6 alkenyloxy, C3-6 alkynyloxy, phenyl, halophenyl, C1-6 trialkylsilyl or -C (Rc) = N (ORd); each Ra, Rc, Re and Rf is independently of each other hydrogen or C1-6 alkyl; each Rb and Rd is independently of each other C1-6 alkyl; and tautomers / isomers / enantiomers of these compounds. Claim 10. A compound of formula (2) wherein B, R1, R2, R3 and R4 are each as defined in claim 1. Claim 11: a compound of formula (4) wherein B is as defined in claim 1, R1, R3 and R4 are, independently of each other, hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 halogenoalkyl, C3-6 cycloalkyl, C2-6 alkenyl, C2-6 haloalkenyl, C2-6 alkynyl, C2-6 haloalkynyl , C1-6 alkoxy, C1-6 halogenoalkoxy, C1-6 alkylthio or C1-6 halogenoalkylthio; or R1 and R3 together are a C2-5 alkylene group, which is unsubstituted or substituted by one or more C1-6 alkyl groups; or R3 and R4 together are a C2-5 alkylene group, which is unsubstituted or substituted with one or more C1-6 alkyl groups. Claim 12: a compound of formula (24) wherein A is as defined in claim 1; and R1, R2, R3 and R4 are, independently of each other, hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 halogenoalkyl, C3-6 cycloalkyl, C2-6 alkenyl, C2-6 haloalkenyl, C2-6 alkynyl, or C2 haloalkynyl -6, or R1 and R2 together are a C2-5 alkylene group, which is not substituted or substituted with one or more C1-6 alkyl groups; or R1 and R3 together are a C2-5 alkylene group, which is unsubstituted or substituted by one or more C1-6 alkyl groups; or R3 and R4 together are a C2-5 alkylene group, which is unsubstituted or substituted with one or more C1-6 alkyl groups. Claim 14: A method for controlling or preventing infestation of useful plants by phytopathogenic microorganisms, wherein a compound of formula 1 according to claim 1 or a composition, comprising this compound as an active ingredient, is applied to plants, to its parts or its locus. Claim 15: A composition for controlling and protecting against phytopathogenic microorganisms, comprising a compound of formula (1) according to claim 1 and an inert carrier.
