The vaccine formula against the pathologies of equidae, and particularly horses, comprising at least 3 valences of polynucleotide vaccine, each of which comprises an integrating plasmid, so as to express in vivo in the host cells a gene of a valence of equine pathogenesis, these valencies being chosen from the group consisting of EHV equine rhinopneumonia virus, EHV equine influenza virus and tetanus toxin anatoxin, these plasmids comprising for each valence one or more of the selected group genes consisting of gB and gD for the equine rhinopneumonia virus, .HA, NP, N for the equine influenza virus and a partially or totally coding gene of the C-sub-unit of Clostridium tetani. |
