titleOfInvention QUATERNARY COMPOUND OF (ALPHA) -AMINOCARBOXYAMIDE, PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION THAT INCLUDES IT, ITS USE FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF A MEDICINAL PRODUCT AND PROCESS TO PREPARE SUCH COMPOUND
abstract Pharmaceutical composition that comprises it and its use for the manufacture of a useful medicine to treat or prevent a disease or disorders mediated by modulation of the sodium channels with voltage opening ("voltage-gated"), such as depression or a state disorder emotional, bipolar or substance related disorder. Processes for preparing said compounds of formula (1). Claim 1: A quaternary alpha-aminocarboxamide compound characterized in that it is of formula (1), its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate or prodrug: wherein R1 and R2 are independently H, C1-6 alkyl, or (C3-6 cycloalkyl) C1-6 alkyl; or these R1 and R2, together with the N to which they are attached, can form an unsubstituted saturated ring of 3, 4, 5 or 6 members; R3 is C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 haloalkyl, C1-3 alkenyl, (C1-3 alkoxy) C1-3 alkyl, (C1-3 haloalkyl) C1-3 alkyl or (CH2) tOH; or these R1 and R3, together with the interconnecting atoms, form a saturated or unsaturated ring of 5 to 7, with the proviso that there is only one heteroatom in the ring, which must be N; X is C or N; n is 0, 1 or 2, where, when present, each R4 is independently selected from the list consisting of C1-3 alkyl, halogen, cyano, C1-3 haloalkyl, hydroxy, C1-3 alkoxy and C1 haloalkoxy -3; q is 1 or 2; t is 1 or 2; either of R5 or R6 is -O-R7 or -OCH2R7, in which the other R5 or R6 is H or R4; and wherein R7 is a phenyl ring or a 5- or 6-membered aromatic heterocyclic ring (independently containing one or more N, S or O atoms), in which the phenyl ring or the heterocyclic ring is optionally substituted with one or more groups independently selected from the list consisting of C1-3 alkyl, halogen, cyano, C1-3 haloalkyl, hydroxy, C1-3 alkoxy and C1-3 haloalkoxy.
