abstract Claim 1: A compound of formula (1) in which: R1, R2, R3, R4, R10 and R11, each independently from each other and independently from any of m, nyj, are hydrogen, halogen, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 haloalkyl, C1-6 alkyloxy, C1-6 acyloxy or cyano; or R1 and R2, R3, and R4 or R10 and R11, each independently of each other, together with the carbon atom to which they are attached, form a group C = O, C = S or C = CR12R13; or R1 or R2 are part of a double C = C endocyclic bond when m is 2, 3 or 4; or R3 or R4 are part of a double C = C endocyclic bond when n is 2, 3 or 4; or R10 or R11 are part of a double C = C endocyclic bond when j is 2, 3 or 4; or R10 or R11 are part of a double C = N endocyclic bond together with R14 in an adjacent nitrogen atom when X is N-R14, j is 1, 2, 3 or 4 and w is 1 or 2; R5 and R6, each independently of each other, are hydrogen, halogen, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 haloalkyl or C1-6 alkyloxy; or R5 forms an endocyclic C = C double bond together with R1 or R2 in an adjacent carbon atom when m is 1, 2, 3 or 4; or R5 forms a double C = N endocyclic bond together with R14 in an adjacent nitrogen atom when X is N-R14 and w is 1 or 2; or R5 forms a double C = C endocyclic bond together with R6 when (W + J) is equal to 3, 4 and 5 (m + n) is equal to 2, 3, 4, or 5; or R6 forms a double C = C endocyclic bond together with R3 or R4 in an adjacent carbon atom when n is 1, 2, 3 or 4; or R6 form a double C = C endocyclic bond together with R10 or R11 in an adjacent carbon atom when j is 1, 2, 3 or 4; R7 is an optionally substituted aryl, or heteroaryl; R8 is C1-6 alkyl, halogen or cyano; R9 is hydrogen, mercapto or C1-3 alkylthio; X is oxygen, sulfur or N-R14; R12, R13 and R14 each independently from each other is hydrogen, halogen, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 haloalkyl or C1-6 alkyloxy; m, n and j, independently of each other, are 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4; (m + n) is equal to 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5; and w is 0, 1 or 2.
