Contrast media for nuclear magnetic resonance tomography (or also magnetic resonance tomography, MRT) using the Overhauser effect, which are appropriate for transmitting the magnetic orientation of electron spins to adjacent proton spins. Claim 1: Contrast medium for nuclear magnetic resonance tomography using the Overhauser (OMRI) effect, characterized in that the contrast medium is composed of endohedral fullerenes (Z @ Cx) -Rn, wherein Z means N or phosphorus, R means a hydrophilic group, n is a number between 1 and 10, and x is a number between 60 and 82, as well as its physiologically tolerable salts. |
