Claim 1: A compound of formula (1) wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R10, R11, R12 and R13, each independently of each other and independently of any of m, n, j and t, is H, halogen, C1 alkyl -6, C1-6 haloalkyl, C1-6 alkyloxy, C1-6 acyloxy or cyano; or R1 and R2, R3 and R4, R10 and R11 or R12 and R13 individually and independently of each other, together with the C atom to which they are attached, form a group C = O, C = S or C = CR14R15; or R1 or R2 are part of a double bond C = C endocyclic when m is 2, 3 or 4, or R3 or R4 are art of a double bond C = C endocyclic when n is 2, 3 or 4; or R10 or R11 are part of a double C = C endocyclic bond when j is 2, 3 or 4; or R10 and R11 are part of a double C = N endocyclic bond together with R16 in an adjacent N atom when X is N-R16, j is 1, 2, 3 or 4 and w is 1 or 2; or R12 or R13 are part of a double C = C endocyclic bond when t is 2, 3 or 4; R5 and R6, individually and independently of one another, are H, halogen, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 haloalkyl or C1-6 alkyloxy; R7 is an optionally substituted aryl, or heteroaryl; R8 is C1-6 alkyl halogen or cyano; R9 is H, mercapto or C1-3 alkylthio; X is O, S or N-R16; R14, R15 and R16 individually and independently of one another are H, halogen, C1-6 alkyl C1-6 haloalkyl or C1-6 alkyloxy; m, n and j, independently of each other are 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4; (m + n) is equal to 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4; t is 1, 2, 3 or 4; and w is 0, 1 or 2. Claim 8: a process for the preparation of a compound of formula (1) defined in claim 1, which comprises reacting a compound of formula (2) wherein R7, R8 and R9 are according to what is defined for formula (1) and Hal is halogen, preferably F, Cl or Br, with a compound of formula (3), wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R10, R11, R12, R13, X, m, n, j, tyw are as defined for formula (1).
