abstract This refers to dihydropteridinone derivatives, pharmaceutical compositions containing them and uses for the treatment of tumor diseases. Claim 1: Compounds of general formula (1) in which L means a single bond, or a group of two junctions that acts as a bridge selected from the group consisting of C1-6 alkylene, C2-6 alkenylene, C2-6 alkynylene, cycloalkylene C3-7, C1-4 alkylene-C6-10 alkylene C1-4 alkylene, C1-4 alkylene-C6-10 arylene, -O-, -O- C1-6 alkylene, -O-C3-6 alkenylene, - O-C3-6 alkynylene, -O-C3-7 cycloalkylene, -O-C1-4 alkylene-C6-10 arylene-C1-4 alkylene, -O-C1-4 alkylene-C6-10 arylene, -NR7- and -NR7-C1-6 alkylene, -NR7-C3-6 alkenylene, -NR7-C3-6 alkynylene, -NR7-C3-7 cycloalkylene, -NR7-C1-4 alkylene-C6-10 alkylene, C1-4-alkylene, -NR7-C1-4 alkylene-C6-10 arylene, which may be substituted with one or more R9 moieties; R1 and R2, the same or different, H or a moiety selected from the group consisting of C1-6 alkyl, C2-6 alkenyl and C2-6 alkynyl, which may be substituted once or several times with one or more R9 moieties, or R1 and R2 together C2-6 alkylene, in which case one or two methylene groups may be replaced by one of the groups -O- or -NR7-, and if necessary it may be substituted once or several times with one or more R9 residues; R3 H or a moiety selected from C1-8 alkyl, C2-8 alkenyl, C2-8 alkynyl, C3-8 cycloalkyl and C6-14 aryl, which may be substituted once or several times with one or more R9 moieties; or R3 and R2 or R3 and R1 together C2-6 alkylene, which may be substituted once or several times with one or more R9 moieties; R 4 H, halogen, CN, OH, - NR 7 R 8 or a moiety selected from the group consisting of C 1-6 alkyl, C 1-6 alkyloxy, C 2-6 alkenyl, C 2-6 alkenyloxy, C 2-6 alkynyl and C 2-6 alkynyloxy, which if necessary, it may be substituted once or several times with one or more R10 residues; R5 C3-8 cycloalkyl, which may be substituted once or several times with one or more R6 moieties, or R5 C3-8 cycloalkyl, which may be substituted once or several times with one or more R9 moieties, or R5 a 5-10 membered heteroaryl group, which may contain one, two or three heteroatoms selected from the group of N, O and S, preferably N or O, and which may be substituted once or several times with one or more of the R11, or R5 moieties, a 5-10 membered heterocycloalkyl group, which may contain one, two or three heteroatoms selected from the group of N, O and S, preferably N or O, and which, if necessary, may replace one or several times with one or several of the R11 residues; R6-NR7R8 or a 5-10 membered heterocycloalkyl group, which may contain one, two or three heteroatoms selected from the group of N, O and S, preferably N or O and which may be substituted once or several times with one or several of the R12 moieties; R7 and R8, same or different, H or C1-6 alkyl; R9 halogen, CN, OH or CF3; R10 halogen, OH, CN, = O, C1-6 alkyloxy, COOR7, NR7R8, CONR7R8, SO2R7, CHF2 or CF3; R11 halogen, C1-4 alkyl, OH, CF3, C6-10 aryl or C1-6 alkylene-C6-10 aryl; R12 halogen, CF3, C1-6 alkyl, C3-8 cycloalkyl or C1-6 alkylene-C3-8 cycloalkyl; if necessary in the form of their tautomers, their racemates, their enantiomers, their diastereomers and mixtures thereof, as well as in the case of their acid addition salts, solvates and pharmacologically acceptable hydrates.
