abstract It refers to polar derivatives of 5-aminopyrazole-carbamate, processes for their preparation, compositions thereof, and their use for the suppression of pests (including arthropods and helminths). Claim 1: A compound of formula (1), wherein: R1 is CN or CF3; R2 and R2a are each independently halogen or CH3; R3 is C1-3-haloalkyl, C1-3-haloalkoxy or SF5; R4 is H, C2-6-alkenyl, C2-6-haloalkenyl, C2-6-alkynyl, C2-6-haloalkynyl, C3-7-cycloalkyl or C1-6-alkyl, said last group being unsubstituted or substituted with one or more radicals selected from the group consisting of halogen, C3-7-cycloalkyl, CN, NO2, R7, COR8, R9 and CO2R8; R5 is C1-6-alkyl, C1-6-haloalkyl, C2-6-alkenyl, C2-6-haloalkenyl, C2-6-alkynyl or C2-6-haloalkynyl; R6 is C2-8-alkyl, C4-8-alkenyl, C3-7-cycloalkyl-C1-6-alkyl or aryl-C1-6-alkyl, said last four groups being substituted (in the alkyl or alkenyl portions) with one or more radicals XZ; or a saturated heterocyclyl radical or heterocyclyl-C1-6-saturated alkyl, said last two groups being unsubstituted or substituted (in the heterocyclyl ring) with one or more Z1 radicals; Z is H, C1-6-alkyl, C1- 6-haloalkyl, C3-6-alkenyl, C3-6-haloalkenyl, C3-6-alkynyl, C3-6-haloalkynyl, C3-7-cycloalkyl, C3-7- cycloalkyl-C1-6-alkyl, C1-6-alkoxy- (CH2O) r-C1-6-alkyl, aryl- [C1-6-alkyl] s, R9- [C1-6-alkyl] t, CHO or R10 -CO; X is O, NR11 or S (O) m; or NR11-Z together form a five or six membered saturated ring that optionally contains an additional N, O or S atom and is unsubstituted or substituted with one or more radicals selected from the group consisting of halogen, C1-6-alkyl and oxo; R7 is phenyl unsubstituted or substituted with one or more radicals selected from the group consisting of halogen, C1-6-alkyl, C1-6-haloalkyl, C1-6-alkoxy, C1-6-haloalkoxy, CN, NO2, S (O) pR12 and NR13R14; R8 is C1-6-alkyl, C1-6-haloalkyl, C3-7-cycloalkyl, C3-7-cycloalkyl-C1-4-alkyl or (CH2) qR7; Z1 is C1-6-alkyl, halogen, C1-6-alkoxy, R7, O (CH2) qR7, O-tetrahydropyranyl, OCOC1-6-alkyl, OCO (CH2) qR7, OCO2C1-6-alkyl, OCO2CH2R7, hydroxy, oxo, thioxo, OCOC1-6-alkyl-OCOC1-6-alkyl or C1-6-alkyl, said last group being substituted with one or more OCOC1-6-alkyl or dioxolanyl radicals (said dioxolanyl ring being substituted with one or more C1-6-alkyl radicals); or two adjacent C atoms of the ring (from the portion of the heterocyclyl ring of R6) form a benzene or 1,3-dioxolanyl ring unsubstituted or substituted with one or more C1-6-alkyl radicals; or a ring carbon forms a spiro compound having a cyclopentyl or cyclohexyl ring; R9 is a saturated, unsaturated or heteroaromatic heterocyclyl radical unsubstituted or substituted with one or more radicals selected from the group consisting of halogen, C1-6-alkyl, C1-6-haloalkyl, C1-6-alkoxy, C1-6-haloalkoxy, CN , NO2, S (O) p12, OH, and oxo; R10 is H, C2-6-alkenyl, C2-6-haloalkenyl, C2-6-alkynyl, C2-6-haloalkyl, C3-7-cycloalkyl, C1-6-alkoxy, C1-6-haloalkoxy, O (CH2) qR7, O (CH2) qC3-7-cycloalkyl, R7 or R9; or C1-6-unsubstituted alkyl or substituted with one or more radicals selected from the group consisting of halogen, C1-6-alkoxy, C1-6-haloalkoxy, C3-6-alkenyloxy, C3-6-haloalkenyloxy, C3-6-alkynyloxy , C3-6-halo-alkynyloxy, C3-7-cycloalkyl, S (O) pR12, CN, NO2, OH, R7, R9, COR8, NR13R14, OR8, CO2H and CO2R8; R11 is H or R10; or R10, R11 and the attached N atom forms a 5- to 7-membered ring that optionally contains an additional N, O or S atom and is unsubstituted or substituted with one or more radicals selected from the group consisting of halogen, C1-6- alkyl and oxo; R12 is C1-6-alkyl or C1-6-haloalkyl; R13 and R14 are each independently H, C1-6-alkyl, C1-6-haloalkyl, C2-6-alkenyl, C2-6-alkynyl, C3-7-cycloalkyl or C3-7-cycloalkyl-C1-6-alkyl ; m, n, p, q, s and t are each independently 0, 1 or 2; r is 0, 1, 2 or 3; each saturated, unsaturated or heteroaromatic heterocyclyl in the above-mentioned radicals is independently a heterocyclic radical having 3 to 7 ring atoms and 1, 2 or 3 heteroatoms in the ring selected from the group consisting of N, O and S; each saturated heterocyclyl in the above-mentioned radicals is independently a saturated heterocyclic radical having 3 to 7 ring atoms and 1, 2 or 3 ring heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of N, O, S and P; and each aryl in the above-mentioned radicals is independently a mono-, bi- or polycyclic radical; or one of its acceptable salts as pesticides.
