abstract | Pharmaceutical compositions intended for use in human or veterinary medicine, or even in cosmetic compositions, with action of activating ligands of the RAR receptors. Claim 1: Compounds characterized in that they respond to formula (1), in which: Ar represents a radical chosen from the radicals of the group of formulas (2); R1 represents a radical -OR3 or -NR4R5, R3, R4, and R5 have the meanings given below; R2 represents a hydrogen, fluorine, chlorine atom, a methyl radical or an OR6 radical, R6 has the meanings given below; R3 represents a hydrogen atom, a linear or branched C1-20 alkyl radical, a C1-20 mono- or polyhydroxyalkyl radical, a C1-20 monoaminoalkyl radical, or a sugar residue; R4, R5, identical or different, represent a hydrogen atom, a hydroxy radical, a C1-6 alkyl radical, linear or branched, a mono- or polyhydroxyalkyl C1-20 radical, or R4 and R5 form with the nitrogen of the structure generally, an amino acid residue or a peptide residue, or R4 and R5 taken together, form a heterocycle; R6 represents a hydrogen atom, a methyl radical or an acetyl radical; R7 represents a CF3 or methyl radical; r ', r' ', identical or different, represent a hydrogen atom, a linear or branched C1-4 cyclic alkyl radical, a radical (C = O) R7, or, r', r '' taken in the form together, they form a heterocycle pyrrolidine or piperidine, R7 has the above meanings; A represents an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom; n is an integer between 1 and 4; W represents a radical -CH2-; Y represents an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom, and the salts of the compounds of formula (1) when R1 represents an OH function, as well as the optical and geometric isomers of said compounds of formula (1). |
