titleOfInvention EMULSIONABLE CONCENTRATES CONTAINING ASSISTANTS
abstract This refers to stable emulsifiable concentrates comprising an oily adjuvant and at least one member selected from the group consisting of 2- [4 [(5-chloro-3-fluoropyridin-2-yloxy) -phenoxy] -propionic acid derivatives herbicidal assets and protective substances derived from quinoline and their use as a pesticide. Claim 1: An emulsifiable concentrate comprising: a) an effective herbicidal amount, preferably 1 to 30% by weight, of at least one herbicide; b) optionally, an amount, which is effective for the antagonism of a herbicide, of at least one protective substance; c) 5 to 80%, preferably 25 to 70%, by weight of at least one oily adjuvant, wherein said oily adjuvant comprises an oil of vegetable or animal origin, or a mineral oil, its alkyl esters or mixtures of those oils and oil derivatives; d) an amount of at least one solvent not miscible with water sufficient to keep the AI and the protective substance in solution in the presence of the adjuvant, preferably 5 to 70% by weight, more preferably 25 to 60% by weight; and e) an emulsifying surfactant system in an amount sufficient to form an oil-in-water emulsion when the formulation is added to the water, preferably between 1 and 30% by weight; with the proviso that a) comprises an effective herbicidal amount of at least one compound of formula (1), in which Hal is halogen; Q is oxygen or sulfur; R is hydrogen, an alkali metal ion, or a C1-4 quaternary alkylamino group, a C1-6 alkyl group, which is a straight chain or a branched chain, and which is unsubstituted or substituted by halogen, cyano, C1-4 alkoxy, C1-4 alkylcarbonyl, C1-4 alkoxycarbonyl, carbamoyl or di (C1-4) alkylcarbamoyl, a C3-6 cycloalkyl group, a C3-6 alkenyl group, which is straight chain or branched chain and it is unsubstituted or substituted by halogen, a C3-6 alkynyl group, which is straight chain or branched chain, and is not substituted or substituted by halogen; a group of formula (2), in which R1 and R2 separately are each a C1-4 alkyl group, or together form a 4 or 5 methylene methylene chain, which may be substituted with C1-4 alkyl; and / or b) comprises an amount, which is effective for the antagonism of a herbicide, of at least one protective substance derived from quinoline; wherein the emulsifiable concentrate has a pH when diluted to a concentration of 1% in distilled water in the range of 4.5 to 8.0, preferably 5.0 to 7.0; and wherein the emulsifiable concentrate contains less than 2.5%, preferably less than 2.0% water.
