Claim 1: A crystalline polymorph of 7- [4 - ([1,1'-biphenyl] -3-ylmethyl) -1-piperazinyl] -2 (3H) -benzoxazolone monomethanesulfonate, which exhibits a powder diffraction pattern of X-rays having characteristic peaks expressed in degrees 2q at approximately 7.0, 9.3, 10.0, 12.5, 15.4, 16.7, 17.2, 17.4, 17.7, 18 , 7, 21.3, 22.2, 25.2, 27.2, 28.3, 28.8 and 30.1. |
