titleOfInvention | ANTIDOTES BASED ON AROMATICO-ALIFATIC CARBOXYLIC ACID DERIVATIVES |
abstract | Antidotes for crop plants or useful against phytotoxic effects of other agrochemicals such as glyphosate. Claim 1: Use of compounds of the formula (1) or their salts, in which they mean R 1 carboxyl or a derivative of the carboxyl group, preferably a radical of the formula -CN, -C (= X) -YR or -C ( X´R´) (X "R") - YR where they mean RH or a hydrocarbon radical, which is to be substituted or substituted, or a heterocyclic radical, which is unsubstituted or substituted, or acyl and R´, R "in each case independently of each other, H, (C1-6) alkyl, (C2-6) alkenyl, (C2-6) alkynyl or (C1-6) alkanoyl, each of the 4 radicals mentioned last being possible unsubstituted or substituted in the alkyl part with one or more radicals of the halogen, hydroxyl, alkoxy (C1-6) and haloalkoxy (C1-6) group, or are directly linked together and form a divalent group of the formula -CH2CH2- or -CH2CH2CH2- or -CH2CH2CH2CH2-, each group being able to be in the last term without being substituted or substituted with one or more radicals of the halogen, hydroxyl, (C1-6) alkyl, halo (C1-6) alkyl, (C1-6) alkoxy and haloalkoxy (C1-6) group; X a divalent group of the formula O, S, or NRa or N-NRaRb, where Ra and Rb are as defined below; X ', X "in each case independently of each other, a divalent group of the formula O, S, or NR0, in which R0 represents H, (C1-6) alkyl, halo (C1-6) alkyl, hydroxyalkyl ( C1-6), (C1-4) alkoxy-alkyl, (C2-6) alkenyl or (C2-6) alkynyl; and a direct bond or a group of the formula O, S, NRc or NRc-NRdRe, where Rc , Rd and Re as defined below, and Ra, Rb, Rc, Rd and Re in the radicals X and Y, in each case independently of each other, and independently of the radical R, as defined for R or a radical of the formula -OR *, where R * independently of R is as defined for R; R2, R3 means in each case independently of each other and if they mean n = 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6, in each case independently of the other radicals R2 and R3, H, halogen, (C1-4) alkyl, (C2-4) alkenyl, (C2-4) alkynyl, (C1-4) alkoxy, alkanoyloxy ( C1-5) or alkanoyl (C1-5), each of the 6 radicals mentioned last being unsubstituted or substituted in the alkyl part with one or more radicals of the group of halogen, hydroxyl, alkoxy (C1-6) and haloalkoxy (C1-6); (R4) m, m radicals R4, wherein each of the radicals R4 is independently selected from each other from a halogen group radical, SCN, CN, a hydrocarbon radical, which is unsubstituted or substituted, a heterocyclic radical, which is unsubstituted or substituted, and a group of the formula -Z * -A, where Z * a radical of the formula O or S (O) x, where x is = 0, 1, or 2, and AH or a hydrocarbon radical, which is unsubstituted or substituted, or a heterocyclic radical, which is unsubstituted or substituted, or an acyl radical, with the proviso that Z * in the case of A = acyl can only be O or S, and m means the whole number 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5, n means the whole number 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6, as antidotes for crop plants or plants useful against the phytotoxic effects of agrochemicals, preferably as an antidote against the effect of pesticides, such as herbicides, on these plants, being used compounds of the formula (1) or their salts, in the cu al mean R1 Carboxyl; R2, R3 in each case H; (R4) m a hydroxyl radical (m = 1) in any position or two radicals R4 (m = 2) in any position, in the latter case one of the radicals being a hydroxyl group and the other meaning hydroxyl or methoxyl radical, and n number 1, as antidotes for crop plants or plants useful against the phytotoxic effects of other agrochemicals such as glyphosate. |
