titleOfInvention ESTERES OF CARBOXYL ACIDS OF PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOUNDS
abstract A pharmaceutically active compound having a carboxylic acid -COOH group as a part of its chemical structure, the -COOH group being in the form of a carboxylic acid ester, its salts and / or solvates with pharmacological activity and a method for treatment of microbial diseases. Claim 1: A pharmaceutically active compound having a carboxylic acid -COOH group as a part of its chemical structure, said -COOH group being in the form of a carboxylic acid ester, said carboxylic acid ester being selected from the group consisting of 1- (1-Propoxycarbonyloxy 2,3-disubstituted) ethyl carboxylic acid ester, in which the substituents are selected from the group consisting of hydroxyl and (C1-22) alkylcarbonyloxy; - 1- (2-Propoxycarbonyloxy 1,3-disubstituted) ethyl carboxylic acid ester, in which the substituents are selected from the group consisting of hydroxyl and (C1-22) alkylcarbonyloxy; 1- (9H-fluoren-9-yl-alkyloxy (C1-4) carbonyloxy) -ethyl carboxylic acid ester; 1- (decahydro-naphthalen-2-yloxycarbonyloxy) -ethyl carboxylic acid and 1- (2-aminoalkoxy (C1-6) carbonyloxy) -ethyl carboxylic acid ester; with the proviso that, if the pharmaceutically active compound is a penicillin, then the esters of 1- (2-aminoalkoxy (C1-4) carbonyloxy) -ethyl carboxylic acid are excluded.
