abstract | This refers to isophthalic acid derivatives, a procedure for its preparation as well as its use for the preparation of medicaments for the treatment and / or prophylaxis of diseases in men and animals, especially cardiovascular diseases. Claim 1: Compound of formula (1), wherein: A means a saturated heterocycle containing 4 to 7 membered nitrogen, which is attached by the nitrogen atom to the keto group and which eventually carries a carbonyl group adjacent to an atom of nitrogen; or a residue of formula (2), in which E represents (C3-7) cycloalkanediyl, (C5-7) cycloalkenodiyl or 5-10 membered heterocyclyl which is attached by a carbon atom to the group [CH2] or; or represents 0, 1 or 2; R3 has hydrogen or (C1-6) alkyl and * represents the site of binding to the keto group; m means 0, 1 or 2; n means 1, 2, 3 or 4; R1 means hydrogen or (C1-6) alkyl; R2 means hydrogen or (C1-6) alkyl; X means a bond, -CH = CH-,.-C ::: C- or O; Y means O, * -NH-C (= O) - or NH, where * represents the phenyl ring binding site and Z is in the meta or para position of the substituent X, and means (C6-10) alkoxy which may contain 1 or 2 additional oxygen atoms in the chain; or a moiety * -GLM-R4, in which G represents a bond, O or S, L represents alkanediyl (C1-6), alkenodiyl (C3-6) or alkynediyl (C3-6), M represents a bond, O or S, R4 represents (C6-10) aryl, biphenyl, phenoxyphenyl, benzyloxyphenyl, (E) -phenylvinylphenyl, 2-phenylethylphenyl, tetrahydronaphthyl, benzyl, heteroaryl, 5-10 membered heterocyclyl, cycloalkyl (C3-7) or cycloalkyl ( C3-7) methyl, being aryl, biphenyl, phenoxyphenyl, benzyloxyphenyl, (E) -phenylvinylphenyl, 2-phenylethylphenyl, tetrahydronaphthyl, benzyl, heteroaryl, heterocyclyl, cycloalkyl and cycloalkylmethyl substituted in turn up to three times independently of each other with halogen, cyano, nitro, trifluoromethyl, trifluoromethoxy, (C1-6) alkyl, (C1-6) alkoxy, (C2-6) alkenyl, cycloalkyl (C3-7), cycloalkyl (C3-7) methoxy, cycloalkenyl (C5-7) , cycloalkoxy (C3-7) or cycloalkenyl (C5-7) oxy, and * represents the phenyl ring binding site, and its salts, hydrates, salt hydrates and solvates. |
