Its method of preparation, and its use in pharmaceutical compositions intended for use in human or veterinary medicine (in dermatology, as well as in the field of cardiovascular diseases, immune diseases and / or diseases related to the metabolism of lipids), or even in cosmetic compositions. R10 represents an aryl, aralkyl, heteroaryl, heterocyclic radical, the NH-CO-R11 radical, the NH-CO-O-R11 radical, the C-R11R12 radical or the CH-R11-R12 radical; v can take the values 1, 2, or 3; R11 represents an H atom, a C1-12 alkyl radical, an aryl radical, an aralkyl radical, a heteroaryl radical or a heterocyclic radical; R12 represents an H atom or a C1-3 alkyl radical; A represents a following structure link: - (CH2) z- (N-R13) and- (CO) x- (D) w-, (CH2) z- (N-R13) and- (CS) x- ( D) w; D, w, x, y, z, and R13 have the meanings given below; D represents an atom of O, of S, a radical -NR14 or a radical CH2; R14 has the significance given below; w, x, z, identical or different, can take the values 0 or 1; w can take the values from 0 to 6, and it is understood that w is equal to 0 or 1 when D represents an atom of O, and R13 and R14 represent an atom of H or a C1-12 alkyl radical; R15 represents an H atom or a C1-7 alkyl radical; R16 and R17 independently represent each other, an atom of H, a C1-12 alkyl radical, an aryl radical, an aralkyl radical, a heteroaryl radical or a heterocyclic radical or a hydroxyl radical; and the optical and geometric isomers, pure or in admixture in any proportion of said compounds of formula (1) as well as their salts, except for those derived from the following formula (3), for which R3 = OMe and R´3 = R "3 = H, R3 = OMe, R´3 = OMe and R" 3 = H and R3 = H and R´3 = R "3 = OMe, except for the derivatives of the following formula (4) for which z = 1, yx = 0 and z = 0 and x = 1 and except for the derivatives of the formula (5) for which p = 1, X represents an atom of O, R5 represents a benzyl radical and R4 represents a radical 2-benzimidazole or 4-pyridine; p = 1, x represents an O atom, R5 represents an ethyl radical and R4 represents a 2-pyridine, 3-pyridine, 4-pyridine, methyl radical; p = 1, X represents a O atom, R4 represents a propyl radical and R5 represents an ethyl radical, CH2-isopropyl, CH2-terbutyl, cyclopentyl or 4-methoxyphenyl, benzyl; p = 1, X represents an NH radical, R4 represents a propyl radical and R5 represents a H atom or a benzyl radical; p = 1, X represents an NH radical, R4 and R5 represent a cyclohexyl radical and p = 0, R4 represents an ethyl radical and R5 represents a 4-methoxyphenyl radical.
