Claim 1: Powder inhalation product covering the base of active principle 1- [N2- [3,5-dibromo-N - [[4- (3,4-dihydro-2 (1H) -oxoquinazolin-3-yl ) -1-piperidinyl] carbonyl] -D-tyrosyl] -L-lysyl] -4- (4-pyridinyl) -piperazine [BIBN4096] of the formula (1) in the form of particles with a spherical nanostructure, characterized in that: ( a) the particles have a spherical surface between 1 m2 / g and 20 m2 / g; (b) the characteristic value Q (5.8) is between 50% and 100%; and (c) parameter X50 is between 1 microns and 6 microns.
