Claim 1: A compound of formula (1), wherein R1 and R2 are each independently selected from hydrogen, hydroxyl, C1-6 alkyl, carbon atoms, C2-7 alkenyl, and C2-7 alkynyl, alkoxy C1-6, or halogen; R5, R6, R7, R8 and R9 are each independently hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, C2-7 alkenyl, halogen, C1-6 alkoxy, -CN, -CHO, trifluoromethyl, C7-12 phenylalkyl, phenyl, or a 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic ring of 1 to 4 heteroatoms selected from O, N or S; where the alkyl or alkenyl portions of R5, R6, R7, R8 or R9, may be optionally substituted with hydroxyl, -CN, halogen, trifluoralkyl, trifluoralkoxy, -NO2 or phenyl, where the phenyl portion of R5, R6, R7, R8 , R9 or R10 and may optionally be mono-, di- or tri- substituted with C1-6 alkyl, C2-7 alkenyl, halogen, hydroxyl, C1-6 alkoxy, halogen, -CN, -NO2, amino, C1 alkylamino -6, C1-6 dialkylamino by alkyl, thio, C1-6 alkylthio, C1-6 alkylsulfinyl, C1-6 alkylsulfonyl, C2-7 alkoxycarbonyl, C2-7 alkylcarbonyl, or benzoyl groups; with the proviso that at least one of R5 or R6 is not hydrogen or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. |
