abstract Fungicidal compositions containing: a) at least one pyridyl methylbenzamide derivative of formula (1) in which R 1 is selected from hydrogen, an optionally substituted alkyl radical and an optionally substituted acyl radical; R2 is selected from hydrogen and an optionally substituted alkyl radical; R3 and R4, identical or different, are independently selected from halogen, the hydroxy, cyano, nitro, -SF5, trialkyl silyl, optionally substituted amino, acyl and a group E, OE or SE radicals, in which E is chosen from alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, aryl and heterocyclyl radicals, each optionally substituted; c represents 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4; q represents 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4; as well as its possible optical and / or geometric isomers, tautomers and their acid or base addition salts, acceptable in the agricultural sector; and b) at least one compound (II) selected from dithio-carbamates such as ferban, mancopper, mancozeb, maneb, metiram, nabam, bis (dimethyl dithiocarbamate) nickel, propineb, zinc and mixtures thereof, as well as their isomers and salts of acid addition, an inert support and possibly a surfactant acceptable in agriculture. The compound (I) / compound (II) ratio is chosen to produce synergistic effect, between 1/100 and 1/5. Control procedure, as a curative or preventive agent, against crop phytopathogenic fungi, which is applied on the soil, on the leaves and / or fruits or seeds of vegetables, such as vine, cereals, legumes, fruits, sunflower, beet, tobacco, hops and ornamentals, an agronomically effective and non-phytotoxic amount of said fungicidal composition. Product containing a compound of formula (1) and a compound of formula (2) as a combined preparation. In its application in agriculture, greater efficiency is obtained with longer perenniality, being able to reduce the doses, with low cost, easy and not dangerous to handle.
