titleOfInvention DURABLE FABRIC IRONING TREATMENT
abstract A process to reduce wrinkle and crease problems in a fabric article comprising the steps of: a) applying a traction composition to the article comprising a cross-linking agent containing phosphonate and phosphinate and a suitable cross-linking catalyst, wherein , the crosslinking agent is selected from the group consisting of 1) ethylene-alpha, beta-unsaturated dicarboxylate homopolymers having the formula 1, 2) ethylenically-alpha-beta-unsaturated dicarboxylate copolymers having the formula 1, 3) copolymers of ethylenically alpha-beta-unsaturated dicarboxylates polymerized with vinyl-containing monomers, where the copolymers have the formula (2) in which, R independently is H, -OH and others according to memory, dodne X independently is selected of H, OH, or OSO3M, R1, R2, R3 are independently selected from H, CH3 and others according to memory; and at least one or two of R1, R2, R3 contains a CO2M moiety, M is H or a salt forming cation; the indices x, y, z independently are each greater than or equal to 0, preferably from 0 to 10, with x + y + z> o = 1; and q is H, OH and others such as described in memory; 4) mixtures of these; and b) subjecting the treated article to a heating step to effect the cross-linking by means of which the cross-linking agent comprises the application of heat by means of techniques for subsequent application to the fabric factory. An article made for home application to obtain benefits of durable ironing to cloth articles comprising: a) a treatment composition having at least one cross-linking agent and at least one suitable cross-linking catalyst; b) at least one container for treatment composition.
