titleOfInvention | WHEAT PLANTS THAT HAVE INCREASED RESISTANCE TO IMIDAZOLINONA HERBICIDES |
abstract | This is focused on wheat plants that have increased resistance to an imidazolinone herbicide. More particularly, the present includes wheat plants containing one or more IMI nucleic acids such as an Einkorn IMI cultivar. This also includes seeds produced by these wheat plants and methods to control weeds that are in the vicinity of these wheat plants. Claim 1: A wheat plant comprising multiple IMI nucleic acids, wherein the nucleic acids are of different genomes and wherein the wheat plant has increased resistance to an imidazolinone herbicide compared to a variety of wild-type plants. |
