titleOfInvention PIRIDINES REPLACED HERBICIDE, HERBICITY AGENT, PROCEDURE TO COMBAT HARMFUL PLANTS OR FOR THE REGULATION OF GROWTH OF GROWTH, ITS USE AS SUCH AND PROCEDURE FOR THE PREPARATION OF SUCH COMPOUNDS
abstract Substituted pyridines having the formula (1) and / or their salts, in which: R1, the same or different from each other, are H, halogen, CN, nitro, SF5, C1-8 alkyl, C2-8 alkenyl, C2 alkynyl -8, C1-8 alkoxy, [C1-8 alkyl] -carbonyl or C1-8 alkylsulfonyl, where each of the six radicals mentioned last is not substituted or substituted; S (O) p-R7, where p = 0, 1 or 2 and R7 is C1-8 alkyl, C1-8 haloalkyl or NR8R9, where R8 and R9, independently of each other, represent H, C1-8 alkyl, C2 alkenyl -8, C7-10 arylalkyl, C7-10 alkylaryl or C6-10 aryl, where each of the five radicals mentioned last is not substituted or substituted, or is a group of the formula (2) in which R10 it is unsubstituted or substituted C1-8 alkyl, and W = O or S; A is optionally substituted aryl or an optionally substituted heterocyclic radical; X is O or S; R2, R3, R4, R5, the same or different from each other, are, H, halogen, CN, C1-8 alkoxy or C1-8 alkyl, where each of both radicals mentioned last is not substituted or substituted; m is 0 or 1; R6 is H, C1-8 alkyl, C1-8 alkoxy, C2-8 alkenyl or C2-8 alkynyl, where each of the four radicals mentioned last are not substituted or substituted, or is hydroxy or an acyl radical; and B is an acyl radical; or B and R6 together form a 5 or 6 membered chain, with the exception of N-hydroxy-N [(6-phenoxy-2-pyridyl) methyl] -acetamide and its salts; herbicidal agent or plant growth regulator, procedure to combat harmful plants or to regulate the growth of crop plants, their use as herbicides and as plant growth regulators, and procedure for the preparation of said compounds. These compounds are suitable for example as herbicides and growth regulators. They also have outstanding herbicidal effectiveness against a broad spectrum of important monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous damaging plants. Perennial weeds that are difficult to fight, which spread through rhizomes, root clusters, or other durable organs, are also well controlled. In this regard, these compounds can be applied in the process before sowing, before sprouting from the ground or after said sprouting. A process for the preparation of a compound of formula (1) and / or its salts, according to one or more of claims 1 to 6; characterized in that: a) a compound of the formula (3), in which the radicals R1 are as defined in the formula (1) according to one or more of claims 1 to 6 and L is a starting group or a group of the formula AX-, wherein A and X as defined in formula (1) according to one or more of claims 1 to 6, is rented and then reacted with cyanide, obtaining a nitrile of the general formula (4), in which R1 and L are as defined for formula (1); b) the compound of the formula (4), in which L represents a starting group, is reacted with an AXH compound and / or its salts, in which A and X are as defined for the formula (1) according to one or more of claims 1 to 6, obtaining a compound of the formula (4), in which L represents a group of the formula AX-; c) the compound obtained from the general formula (4); obtained in step a) or b), in which L represents a group AX- and in which A, X and R1 are as defined in formula (1) according to one or more of claims 1 to 6 , is converted by reduction into the amino compound of the general formula (5) in which R1, R2, R3, A and X are as defined in formula (1) according to one or more of claims 1 to 6 ; and then: d1) the compound of the formula (5) is converted by reaction with acylation reagents, obtaining a compound of the formula (1), in which R6 = H, m = 0 and A, X, R1, R2 , R3 and B are as defined for formula (1) according to one or more of claims 1 to 6; and optionally the compounds of the formula (1) in which R6 = H, are acylated below; or d2) the compound of the formula (5) is reductively alkylated with aldehydes, and then acylated.
