Z is -C (O) - or -S (O) 2-; R is low molecular weight alkyl; R1 is hydrogen, low molecular weight alkyl, aryl, arylalkyl or arylaminocarbonyl, in which the aryl group may be substituted by 1 or 2 substituents chosen from low molecular weight alkyl, halogen, cyano or low molecular weight alkoxy, heteroaryl or heteroarylalkyl, in which the heteroaryl group may be substituted by 1 or 2 substituents chosen from low molecular weight alkyl, halogen, cyano or low molecular weight alkoxy;
