A piperazine derivative compound of formula (1) wherein R represents halogen, C1-4 alkyl, trifluoromethoxy or trifluoromethyl; R1 is trifluoromethyl, C1-4 alkyl, C1-4 alkoxy, halogen or trifluoromethoxy; R2 is hydrogen, C1-4 alkyl or C2-6 alkenyl; R3 represents hydrogen or C1-4 alkyl; n and m are independently 0 or an integer from 1 to 3; and its pharmaceutically acceptable salts and solvates.
