New cosmetic compositions comprising in a cosmetically acceptable medium, at least one starch and at least one ester selected from: 1) the liquid esters of C3-30 carboxylic acid and C1-30 alcohol where at least one of them is branched or unsaturated, and 2) C7-30 aromatic acid esters whose carboxylic function is directly linked to the aromatic cycle and C1-30 alcohol said composition does not contain soap. This association provides a melting texture to cosmetic compositions, these compositions are easily rinsed. Hair treated with this composition has a soft feeling and no residue. These compositions are especially used for washing and / or conditioning keratin materials such as hair or skin. |
