abstract It includes compounds of the formula (1) in which: X is hydrogrene or halide; R2 is hydrogen, acyl or a hydroxy protecting group; R6 is hydrogen, hydroxyl or -ORa in which Ra is a substituted or unsubstituted functional group selected from the group consisting of C1-10 alkyl, C2-10 alkenyl, C2-10 alkynyl, aryl, heterocycle, aryl (C1-10 ) alkyl, (C2-10) alkenyl, aryl (C2-10) alkynyl, heterocycle (C1-10) alkyl, heterocycle (C2-10) alkenyl and heterocycle (C2-10) alkynyl; R13 is hydrogen or a substituted or unsubstituted functional group in which the functional group is selected from the group consisting of methyl, C3-10 alkyl, C2-10 alkenyl, C2-10 alkynyl, aryl, heterocycle, aryl (C1-10 ) alkyl, (C2-10) aryl, and (C2-10) alkynyl heterocycle; and R is hydrogen or a substituted or unsubstituted functional group in which the group consisting of C1-10 alkyl, C2-10 alkenyl, C2-10 alkynyl, aryl, heterocycle, aryl (C1-10) alkyl, aryl (C2 -10) alkenyl, aryl (C2-10) alkynyl, heterocycle (C1-10) alkyl, heterocycle (C2-10) alkenyl and heterocycle (C2-10) alkynyl; and its salts, esters and prodrugs acceptable for pharmaceutical use.
