An improved solid preparation can be obtained in terms of oral absorption and reduced in oral absorption fluctuations by incorporating an organic acid, in particular tartaric acid, into a solid preparation having as active ingredient a high content of a compound of quinolone, in particular sitafloxacin, which has little water solubility at an almost neutral pH. |
