The present comprises an apparatus such as an applicator, which can be manually operated, for the application of a tissue stimulant, for use in the application of a lip stimulant compound or a clitoris stimulator to the lips or the clitoral area of the woman. A reservoir in elaparate is arranged to contain the tissue stimulating compound of topical application. A removable cover is arranged in the reservoir to expose the compound to allow its application in topical form. The topical compound is a preparation of a cream that causes sensitization, to apply to a woman's non-keratinized epithelium, such as the lips or the clitoris, the compound comprises a preparation of L-arginine and a menthol preparation. The preparation of L-arginine may have a concentration of 4% or less, and the preparation of menthol has a concentration of 5% or less. |
