titleOfInvention PROCEDURE FOR THE PRE-TREATMENT OF ZINCATED STEEL AND / OR FOOD SURFACES AND / OR ALLOYS CONSTITUTED FOR AT LEAST 50% IN IRON WEIGHT, ZINC OALUMINUM
abstract Method for the pretreatment of metal surfaces comprising steps a) layer forming phosphatization, b) post-rinse and c) cathode electrophoresic lacquered by immersion, in which, in the sub-stage b), the post-clumping is carried out with an aqueous solution containing 0.001 g / l to 10 g / l of one or more of the lithium, copper or silver cations, as well as a substance known as an accelerator in phosphatization. The cathode electrophoretic immersion lacquering of stage c) can be carried out with a cathode electrophoretic lacquer by conventional lead immersion, or also, without losses, with a cathode-free, lead-free, electrophoretic immersion lacquer. In step a) it is phosphatized with an acid solution containing Zn, it has a pH value between 2.5 and 3.6 with at least one of the following accelerators: m-nitrobenzenesulfonate, hydroxylamine, nitrobenzoate ions, p-nitrophenol, hydrogen peroxide, nitrile ions, organic N-oxides, nitroguanidine, nickel ions. In step b) the aqueous solution contains one or more phosphatization accelerators selected from: m-nitrobenzenesulfonate, hydroxylamine, ions, nitrobenzoate, p-nitrophenol, hydrogen peroxide, ions nitrite, organic N-oxides, nitroguanidine, chlorate ions.
