titleOfInvention PROCEDURE FOR THE CONTINUOUS OBTAINING OF COPOLIAMIDS, BASED ON A LACTAMA (I), A DIAMINE (II) AND A DICARBOXYLIC ACID (III) COPOLIAMIDS AND ITS USE IN MATERIAL FIBERS OF FLAT STRUCTURE AND MOLDED BODIES
abstract Procedures for the continuous obtaining of copolyamides from lactams, such as carpolactam and equivalent amounts of diamines and dicarboxylic acids, such as hexamethylenediamine-aadipate (AH salt), are generally known. In such a procedure, for example, it is introduced into a vertically arranged tube (precondensation tube) from above, caprolactam, AH salt and water, polymerization is carried out in this tube at high temperature and high pressure, leading to it. time the reaction mass in the tube down, and the corresponding caprolactam is discharged down. Another method is known according to which, in order to avoid evaporation of the reaction water, an AH salt solution is added continuously at atmospheric pressure to a corresponding prepolymer fusion and at the same time the water is distilled, the temperature of the fusion of the prepolymer does not go below a certain minimum value. The disadvantage of these procedures is that it is difficult to maintain a constant temperature and, in addition, there is loss of diamine in the pre-condensation, so that it is difficult to regulate a constant and high quantity of product. Another procedure is known according to which an aqueous solution of equimolar amounts of a diamine and a dicarboxylic acid is passed under slightly elevated pressure and simultaneous evaporation of the water, through a tubular reactor, forming a vapor phase and a prepolymer. The disadvantage of this procedure is the reduced flexibility with respect to obtaining copolyamides of different morphology. In addition, the procedure has high residence times in the pre-condensation floor. Procedures for the continuous obtaining of copolyamides, which are based on a lactam (I), a diamine (II) and a carboxylic acid (III), a procedure in which: A mixture (IV) containing a diamine (II) is reacted , a carboxylic acid (III) and water in a first reaction zone of 1.3 + 10 (5) at 2.5 * 10 (5) Pa, a temperature above the melting point of polymer (V) and a degree of conversion, with respect to
