titleOfInvention "IN VITRO" METHOD OF PRE-TREAT A SAMPLE CONTAINING VARIOUS LIPOPROTEINS, A COMPOSITION FOR SUCH PRE-TREATMENT, QUANTIFICATION AND "IN VITRO" EQUIPMENT OF A COMPOUND AS A REACTION ACCELERANT.
abstract A method is presented for pretreating a sample, which contains various lipoproteins, prior to measuring the cholesterol in a specific lipoprotein in the sample, which comprises making an enzyme, which acts on cholesterol as a substrate, and optionally a reaction accelerator, act on the sample; and a method for dosing the specific lipoprotein cholesterol using the pretreatment method. There is also a dosing equipment for the specific role of the specific lipoprotein, which is useful in the dosing method. According to the methods mentioned above, the cholesterol of a specific fraction can be dosed by a simple procedure, without the need for a similar polyanion. And these methods conveniently applicable to various automatic analyzers.
