abstract Aqueous liquid cleaning formula that provides high cleaning efficiency to remove oil-based paint, oil-based ink and the like from substrates, as well as from body surfaces. The cleaning composition comprises a combination of solvent, a surfactant system and a carrier. The solvent combination may comprise between 15% and 30% by weight of d-limonene and between 5% and 15% by weight of double-base ester. The aqueous liquid cleaning formula may further comprise one or more conventional formula components, including abrasives, thickeners, preservatives, humectants, emollients and combinations thereof.
