abstract Substituted benzamides of the formula 1, in which R1 represents a group of the formula COOR4, in which R4 represents a C1-6 branched straight-chain alkyl radical or a group of the formula CONR5R6, in which R5 and R6 can be same or different from each other and represent a straight or branched C1-6 alkyl radical or together with the nitrogen atom represent a pyrrolidine, piperidine, hexamethyleneimine or morpholine cycle, R2 represents chlorine, fluorine, CF3, a C1-3 alkyl radical or hydrogen , and R3 represents a hydroxyl radical, a C1-6 alkyl or alkoxy radical (straight or branched chain and eventually substituted with OH, or an C1-6 open or cyclic open chain alkoxy, ester or amide group) or a CH2-NR5R6 radical , in which R5 and R6 have the meanings defined above, and their application in medications, particularly as immunomodulators.
