titleOfInvention | DERIVATIVES OF AZABICICLOHEPTANO N-REPLACED ITS OBTAINING AND USE |
abstract | N-substituted 3-azabicyclo- [3.2.0] heptane derivatives of formula (1) wherein R1 means fluorine or chlorine, R2 and R3 mean hydrogen or alkyl with 1-3 carbon atoms and R4 means chlorine, methyl, nitro or amino, and its salts with physiologically tolerated acids. The free 3-azabicyclo [3.2.0] heptane derivatives of the formula (1) can be customarily transformed into the acid addition salts of a physiologically tolerated acid, preferably by mixing a solution with an equivalent equivalent of the corresponding acid. Pharmaceutically tolerated acids are, for example, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, methanesulfonic acid, amidosulfonic acid, maleic acid, fumaric acid, oxalic acid, tartaric acid or citric acid. These compounds have valuable pharmacological properties. They can be used as neuroleptics (especially atypical), antidepressants, sedatives, hypnotics, central nervous system protectors or products for the treatment of cocaine dependence. Numerous of these qualities of effected can be presented in combination in the compound of the invention. |
