abstract A compound of formula (1) R20 = H or formula (2) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein: Y is H, C1-10 alkyl, C2-10 alkenyl, C2-10 alkynyl, - (CH2) m ( C6-10 aryl), - (CH2) m (5-10 link heteroaryl), where m is an integer ranging from 0 to 4 and where the alkyl, alkenyl, aryl, heteroaryl and alkynyl groups are optionally substituted by 1 to 3 substituents independently selected from halogen, cyano, nitro, trifluoromethyl, azido, -C (O) R21, -OC (O) R21, -NR21C (O) R22, -C (O) NR21R22, hydroxy, C1-6 alkyl, alkoxy C1-6, C6-10 aryl and heteroaryl of 5 to 10 links; R1 is a branched alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, alkoxyalkyl or C3-8 alkylthioalkyl group, any of which may be optionally substituted by one or more hydroxyl groups; a C5-8 cycloalkylalkyl group in which the alkyl group is an alpha-branched C2-5 alkyl group; a C3-8 cycloalkyl or C5-8 cycloalkenyl group, any of which may be optionally substituted by methyl or one or more hydroxyl or one or more C1-4 alkyl groups or halogen atoms; or a heterocyclic ring containing oxygen or sulfur of 3 to 6 links that can be saturated or, totally or partially unsaturated and which may be optionally substituted by one or more C1-4 alkyl groups or halogen atoms; or R1 is phenyl which may be optionally substituted with at least one substituent selected from C1-4 alkyl, C1-4 alkoxy and thio (C1-4 alkyl) thio groups, halogen atoms, hydroxyl, trifluoromethyl and cyano groups; or R1 may be a group with a formula (3) in which X is O, S or -CH2-; a, b, c and d are each, independently 0 to 2 and a + b + c + d <o = 5; or R1 is CH2R24, where R24 is H, C1-6 alkyl, C2-6 alkenyl, C2-6 alkynyl, alkoxyalkyl or alkylthioalkyl, containing C1-6 in each of the alkyl or alkoxy groups, any of said alkyl groups being able to be , alkoxy, alkenyl or alkynyl substituted by one or more hydroxyl groups or by one or more halogen atoms; or a C3-6 cycloalkyl or C3-6 cycloalkenyl, any of which may be optionally substituted by methyl or one or more C1-4 alkyl groups or atoms of
