titleOfInvention | PHENYLAMIDINES AND ITS PHYSIOLOGICALLY COMPATIBLE SALTS, A PROCEDURE FOR THEIR PREPARATION, THEIR EMPLOYMENT FOR THE PREPARATION OF A MEDICINAL PRODUCT, THE MEDICINES CONTAINING THEM, AND A PROCEDURE FOR THE PREPARATION OF THESE MEDICINES |
abstract | Phenylamidines of the general formula (1) in which: R 6 means a C 1-18 alkyloxycarbonyl or phenyl-C 1-18 alkyloxycarbonyl group; R7 means a hydrogen atom, a C1-8 alkyl group, C4-7 cycloalkyl, phenyl-C1-4 alkyl or R8-CO-OCHR9, wherein R8 means a C1-4 alkyl group, C1-4 alkoxy, C3- cycloalkyl group. 7 or C4-7 and R9 cycloalkoxy means a hydrogen atom or a C1-4 alkyl group; its tautomers, its stereoisomers and its salts. The physiologically compatible salts of the compounds of formula (1), formed with inorganic or organic acids or bases. A medicine that contains a compound of formula (1) or one of its physiologically compatible salts and a procedure for preparing this medicine non-chemically. A process for preparing the compounds of the general formula (1), in which a compound of the general formula (2) is reacted in which R 6 has the meanings indicated above, with a compound of the general formula (3) wherein R 7 has the indicated meanings above, with its reactive derivatives, and eventually, then the radical R7 is transformed into a hydrogen atom, and eventually, a compound of general formula (1), thus obtained, separates from its stereoisomers, and / or a compound of general formula (1), thus obtained, is transformed into its salts, in particular for the pharmaceutical application, into its physiologically compatible salts. The use of the compounds of the formula (1) to prepare a medicament that is suitable for combating or preventing diseases in which aggregates of small or large cells are manifested or the cell-matrix interactions play an important role. |
