titleOfInvention NOCICEPTINE ANTAGONIST THAT INCLUDES AN AMIDA DERIVATIVE, PHARMACEUTICAL AND ANALGESIC COMPOSITION THAT INCLUDES IT, USE OF SUCH DERIVATIVE OF AMIDA AND COMMERCIAL PACKAGING THAT INCLUDES SUCH PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION
abstract The present invention relates to a compound of the formula (1), in which R2 is a lower alkyl group optionally substituted by hydroxy, amino and the like, ring B is phenyl, thienyl and the like; E is a simple bond, -O-, -S- and the like, the G ring is an aryl, heterocyclic group and the like; R5 is a halogen atom, a hydroxy group, lower alkyl optionally substituted by a halogen atom, etc .; and similar; t is 0 or an integer that ranges from 1-5, while when it is an integer that ranges from 2 to 5, each R5 can be the same or different; m is 0 or unentero ranging from 1 to 8; and n is 0 or an integer ranging from 1 to 4; and to a nocicpetin antagonist that contains compound (1) as an active ingredient. The compound (1) demonstrates, due to its antagonistic action of nociceptin, analgesic effect against acute pain such as post-operative pain and the like. The present invention also relates to the use of a certain amide derivative comprising the compounds (1) as a nociceptin antagonist or analgesic.
