abstract The present invention relates to a substantially dry and disposable product for personal hygiene useful for both cleaning and conditioning of the skin or hair. The consumer uses these products by wetting the dry product with water. The product is composed of a water insoluble substrate, a foaming surfactant, and a conditioning emulsion. Also, the invention comprises methods for cleaning and conditioning the skin and hair in which these products are used and methods of manufacturing them.
