abstract | The films, sheets, sheets and the like, flexible and transparent, totally polyolefinic, especially intended for the manufacture of containers for infusion solutions, with molding, filling and sealing processes comprise outer layers (A) and (C) of different polyolefin composition and nsubcaps B1, B2 ... Bi ... Bn intermediates that have gradients of ethylenic content and softening temperature (fig 1). The multi-layer film that has good transparency, resistance to sawing, puncture and impact resistance, comprises: an outer layer selected from the group consisting of homopolymers of (1) polypropylene, (2) copolymers of propylene and ethylene and (3) mixtures of (a) high density polyethylene and (b) block copolymers of propylene and ethylene; an inner layer different from the outer layer and selected from the group consisting of copolymers of ethylene and α-olefin, and copolymers of ethylene α-olefin mixed with polyethylene low density; and a complex intermediate layer that joins the outer layer to the inner layer, the complex intermediate layer has a plurality of sub-layers defining an upper core B1, a center B2 and a lower core B3, the upper core being a copolymer of propylene and ethylene having a first ethylene content and a first melting point temperature and the lower core is an ethylene copolymer having a second ethylene content and a second melting point temperature at which the second ethylene content is greater than the first ethylene content and the first melting point temperature is higher than the second melting point temperature. |
