titleOfInvention DETERGENT GRAIN WITH IMPROVED DISSOLUTION, GRANULATED DETERGENT COMPOSITION THAT UNDERSTAND IT AND PROCESS TO PREPARE SUCH DETERGENT GRANLE
abstract An improved solution detergent granule comprising, by weight of the detergent granule: A. from 10% to 60% of surfactant selected from the group consisting of non-ionic surfactant, linear benzene sulfonate alkyl, and mixtures thereof; B. 0.1% to 10% water-insoluble disintegrant impregnated in the detergent granule; and water-insoluble pre-fermented disintegrants are described in the Manual of Pharmaceutical Excipients (1986). Examples of such water insoluble disintegrants include: starch, natural, modified or pregelatinized starch (with less than 25% water soluble portion). Veegum (high-refined isomorphic silicate), crospovidone, cellulose, kaolin, cross-linked carboxymethylcellulose (for example AcDiSol), microcrystalline cellulose (for example: Avicel PH101 & PH102), cross-linked polyvinyl pyrrolidone (for example, Kollidon CL of Cyl), same. The most preferred disintegrants among these disintegrants include cross-linked carboxymethylcellulose (for example AcDiSol) microcrystalline cellulose (for example: Avicel PH101 / PH102).
