titleOfInvention QUINAZOLINE BASED COMPOUND, FAMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION THAT UNDERSTANDS IT, METHOD TO SYNTHESIZE IT, ITS USE, METHODS OF MODULATION OF THE DESERINE / TREONIN PROTEIN-KINASE FUNCTION AND IN VITRO METHOD TO IDENTIFY COMPOUNDS THAT MODULATE
abstract A quinazoline-based compound having a structure shown in formula I, II, or III, where: (i) Z is oxygen, NX1, or sulfur, den X is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, saturated or unsaturated alkyl, and 5- or 6-membered heteroaryl or aryl ring groups; (ii) n is 0, 1,2, 3 or 4; (iii) A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, and A6 are independently selected from the group consisting of carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, and sulfur; (iv) R1 and R2 are independently selected from the group consisting of: (a) hydrogen; (b) saturated or unsaturated alkyl; (c) NX2X3, where X2 and X3 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and saturated or unsaturated alkyl; and (d) halogen or trihalomethyl; (e) heteroaryl or aryl ring five to six members; (v) R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9 and R10 are independently selected from the group consisting of: (a) hydrogen, with the proviso that at least one of R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9 and R10 is a group other than hydrogen if R2 is -NH2; (b) saturated or unsaturated alkyl, where said R8 is not methyl when R2 is -NH2 and when n = 1; (c) NX2X3 where X2 and X3 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl saturated or unsaturated, and 5- or six-membered heteroaryl or aryl rings; (d) halogen or trihalomethyl, where said R8 is not chlorine or fluorine when R2 is -NH2 and when n = 1; (e) a ketone of the formula -CO-X4, where X4 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl, and six-membered heteroaryl or aryl groups; (f) a carboxylic acid of formula - (X5) n-COOH or ester of formula - (X6) n-COO-S7, where X5, X6; and X7 and are independently selected from the group consisting of 5- or 6-membered alkyl and heteroaryl or aryl groups and where n is 0 or 1; (g) an alcohol of formula (X8) n -OH or a group
