titleOfInvention MONOCYCLE COMPOUNDS CONTAINING FOUR UNITED BIFUNCTIONAL WASTE BETWEEN VIA VIA PEPTIDATED LINKS, OR PSEUDOPEPTIDES, USES THEREOF, THE COMPOSITIONS THAT ARE THEMSELF, AND A COMPOSITE COMPOSITION OF A COMPOSITE
abstract Monocyclic compounds containing four bifunctional residues linked together via peptide or pseudopeptide bonds having the general formula (I) where: X1, X2, X3, X4 which may be the same or different represent a group chosen from -CONR-, NRCO-, OCO-, -CH2NR-, CH2-CH2, where R is H or a C1-3alkyl or benzyl; f, g, h, m that can be the same or different, represent a number chosen from 0, 1 n 2, R4 and R2 that can be the same or different represent a group - (CH2) -Ar, where r = 0, 1, 2 and where Ar is an aromatic group; R3 represents a group chosen from: hydrogen, branched linear alkyl that has the formula CnH2n, with n = 1-5, cycloalkyl or alkylcycloalkyl groups that have the CnHen formula, with n = 5-9, - (CH2) - Ar, where r = 0.1, 2 and i where Ar is an aromatic group; R4 represents a group chosen from: hydrogen or C1-4alkyl; -LQ where L is a chemical bond or a linear or branched C1-6alkyl residue and Q is a group chosen from: i) H, OH, OR9, NR9R1O guanidine, sulfate, phosphonate and phosphate ii) COOH, tetrazole, SO2NO2, SO2NHCOOR3, CONHR4, and NHCOR3, iii) COOR17, CONHR12, and OR12, R5, R6, and R7 which may be the same or different, represent an oC1-3 alkyl hydrogen group, their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, their enantiomers, and mixtures thereof. Uses of the compounds, pharmaceutical compositions comprising them, and a monocyclic procedure containing four bifunctional residues linked together via peptide or pseudopeptide bonds. The compounds of formula I are potent tachykinin NK-2 receptor antagonists, and can be administered as agents capable of controlling any central or peripheral manifestations due to excessive activation of tachykinergic neurons.
