titleOfInvention PROCEDURE FOR THE PREPARATION OF AN ANTIGENIC MATERIAL, SOLUBLE OR NON-SOLUBLE IN AQUEOUS OR EXOGENOUS SOLUTIONS, WHICH INCLUDES POLYSACCHARIDES AND / OR GLYCOPEPTIDES (ASMP, ANMP OR AEMP), SUCH ANTIGENIC MATERIAL, AND SOLUTABLE VACCINE. ANTIGENIC, METHOD THAT USES IT
abstract Procedure for the preparation of an antigenic material, soluble or not soluble in aqueous solutions or exogenous, comprising polysaccharides and / or glycopeptides (ASMP, ANMP or AEMP), in which fungal cells belonging to the group of keratinophilic fungi or yeasts or a material of the same. The obtained antigenic material has antiallergic activity in mammals. Said material is useful for the preparation of pharmaceutical products for the treatment of dealergia, as well as for modulating the immune response, and for vaccines and solutions for injection. The microorganism Candida albicans (DSM N * 9656) and mutants thereof have low pathogenicity and provide such antigenic material.
