A cosmetic composition of a preferably clear skin cream is provided which includes water, a C2-C6 polyhydric alcohol, a hydrocarbon polymer consisting of between 6 and 1,000 repeating units of a C4-C20 monomer, and an emollient of silicone. These compositions present visual clarity with excellent makeup and dirt removal while giving an extremely low greasy feel to the skin. |
