titleOfInvention LIPID AND PEPTIDE CONJUGATES BASIC MEMBRANE DISTURBERS, PEPTIDE, COMPOSITION UNDERSTANDING THEM AND USE OF CONJUGATES AS VECTORS FOR TRANSFECTION
abstract The invention relates to membrane-disrupting basic lipid and peptide conjugates, in particular compounds of the formulas (R-CONH) n-R3 (I) AND (RSS) n-R3 (II) where R is the radical hydrocarbyl of a saturated or unsaturated straight chain or branched chain liftatic catarboxylic acid, or a phospholipid radical with a free valence; R3 is a basic membrane-disrupting peptide with a free valence of one or two carbon atoms, and n is 1 or 2, which can be used as a vector for transfection of a cell with a polynucleotide and another anionic macromolecule; and in compositions that understand them. The invention also relates to the use of the conjugates and optionally an auxiliary lipid and / or a short-chain phospholipid and / or a cationic lipid or other known molecule for transfection, other than a conjugate of this invention, as a vector for the transfection of a cell with a polynucleotide or any other anionic molecule. The Cys-Ile-Gly-Alaa-Val-Leu-Lys-Val-Leu-Thr-Thr-Gly-Leu-Pro - Ala-Leu-Ile-Ser-Trp-Ile-Lys-Arg-Lys-Arg Peptide -Gln-Gln-NH2 is new and is also part of this invention.
