titleOfInvention A CONTAINER CONTAINING A PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION THAT INCLUDES AN AQUEOUS SOLUTION OF PROCATEROL CHLORHYDRATE, AND A PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION WHICH COMPRISES AN AQUEOUS SOLUTION OF PROCATEROL CHLORHYDRATE
abstract The present invention relates to a container that houses a pharmaceutical composition comprising an aqueous solution of procaterol hydrochloride in such a way that the procaterol hydrochloride does not decompose in solution due to its oxidation reaction. It further refers to a pharmaceutical composition comprising an aqueous solution of procaterol hydrochloride containing a high molecular weight compound, soluble in water, containing an anionic functional group and having a molecular weight of at least 10,000. The container housing the aqueous procaterol hydrochloride solution formulation according to the invention increases the long-term storage stability of the formulation. Furthermore, the aqueous procaterol hydrochloride solution formulation containing the above specific water soluble high molecular weight compound can produce markedly prolonged effects.
