Substituted benzyloxycarbonylguanidines of formula (I) are described, where R1, R2 and R3 are, among others, Y-phenyl, with Y = methylene, O, S or N and elphenyl being substituted at 2, 3 or 4 with sulfonamides, sulfinamides, substituted a suve z among others for alkylamino. In addition, phenyl can have F, Cl, -CF3, -CH3, OH, CH2O- and amino. Also R1, R2 and R3 can be substituted pyrrole or not, alkyl alkenyl, cycloalkyl or phenyl which can be substituted. They can also have between Y and phenyl an acyclic carbon chain substituted by O atoms; or be heteroaryl linked to S, O, N and these linked to the molecule; or substituted or unsubstituted C- or N-linked heteroaryl N oxide; substituted or unsubstituted alkylheteroaryl; or be F, Cl, Br, I, CN or alkylperfluoroalkyl linked by single bond or by S, O, N; a basic radical such as amino, amidino, guanidino or a basic heteroaromatic group of 1 to 9 C atoms substituted by alkyl in turn substituted; R4 and R5 are alkyl, Cl, F, alkoxy, amino, or perfluoroalkyl; R6 and R7 are H or alkyl, X is O, N. |
